As I was contemplating turning 35 I found myself looking back at all of the things that I have done, wished to have done and hoped to do someday. That being said as I was listening to conferance on Sunday, President Monson spoke about enjoying the journey, I find that I have enjoyed bits and pieces of my journey but cannot whole heartedly say each day I have enjoyed or rather I have simply forgotten alot of my journey. While President Monson spoke I thought about my Dad and what he may have been planning for his tomorrows? Had he been able to enjoy his journey? I don't have the answer but I do know that I can make sure for my children that they know how much their mom loves them and try each day to LIVE in today.

Good perspective on things - you are a great mom. Yesterday Spencer was over here and said "Did you know that me and my mom think you guys are like our family?" It was the darn sweetest thing - I just wanted to squeeze him - he is such a sweetheart.
Your kids are lucky to have you. I hope they finally got to bed last night after my intrusion (& Hailey stayed asleep)!

You can say that it was love at first sight. You give off a glow that is contagious and you befriend everyone (even me). I always think about how much you put into all of your relationships that you have and I feel so lucky to be one of those that you give of your time, love and friendship to. You are such a great friend and I hope that someday I will be able to show you just how much your friendship has ment to me. You love my boys like they were your own and you never give up on asking me to do things, even though most of the time I can't go, the invite means a lot.
